This Disclaimer governs your use of zyaanplus.com and all services provided under the brand name ZyaanPlus, operated by S G Enterprises.

1. Not a Government Website

ZyaanPlus is a privately owned platform. It is not a Government website.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or connected to:

  • The Staff Selection Commission (SSC)
  • The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
  • Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB)
  • The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS)
  • Any other recruitment body, ministry, department or authority of the Government of India or any State Government

All exam-related information published on this platform — including notifications, dates, eligibility, syllabus and results — is compiled from publicly available sources and is provided for general guidance only.

For official and authoritative information, always refer to the official website and official notification of the concerned examination authority. Where there is any conflict between information on ZyaanPlus and the official notification, the official notification prevails.

2. About Our Forecasts — Probability, Not Prediction

ZyaanPlus operates a probability engine. We analyse publicly available past examination papers and publish statistical estimates of how much weight each topic and sub-topic may carry in a future examination.

What this means:

  • Our forecasts are statistical study prioritisation guidance, derived from historical patterns.
  • They are expressed as ranges with stated confidence levels, not as certainties.
  • We do not predict specific questions. We do not know, and do not claim to know, what will appear in any examination.

What we expressly do not guarantee:

  • That any specific question, topic or sub-topic will appear in any examination;
  • That any topic will carry any particular number of marks;
  • That our forecast will match the actual examination paper;
  • That following our guidance will result in you passing, qualifying, or achieving any particular score or rank.

Confidence levels matter. Where our data is strong and consistent, we say so plainly. Where a signal is early, weak or volatile — for example, immediately after an examination body changes its pattern or question-setting agency — we label it clearly and advise preparing on the safer side rather than dropping a topic. Please give weight to these labels.

Examination authorities may change syllabus, pattern, difficulty or marking scheme at any time and without notice. When that happens, forecasts based on past papers become less reliable until sufficient new official data is available.

3. Your Preparation Decisions Are Your Own

Information on this platform is intended to inform your preparation, not to replace your own judgement or the full prescribed syllabus.

Any decision you take based on our content — including how you allocate study time, which topics you prioritise, and which you deprioritise — is your own decision and your own responsibility.

We accept no liability for examination outcomes, ranks, scores, missed opportunities or lost attempts.

4. Accuracy of Information

All information on ZyaanPlus is published in good faith and for general information purposes only.

While we take considerable care in collecting, extracting and analysing examination papers, we do not warrant the completeness, reliability or accuracy of any information on this platform. Errors in source material, extraction or interpretation are possible.

If you notice an error, please tell us at support@zyaanplus.com and we will review it.

5. Source Material and Ownership

Our analysis is based on examination papers and materials that are publicly available. Examination questions and papers are the intellectual property of the respective examination authorities. We do not claim ownership of any examination question or official paper, and we do not republish complete papers. We publish statistical analysis and study guidance derived from them.

What we do own is our own expression — our software, our written analysis, our topic taxonomy and the structured database we have built. We do not claim ownership of the underlying statistical ideas or methods themselves.

This platform may contain links to external websites. These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

We have no control over the content, nature or availability of external sites. Site owners and content may change without notice. We accept no responsibility for the content of any external site or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.

When you leave our website, other sites may have different privacy policies and terms. Please review them before providing any information.

7. No Professional Advice

Content on ZyaanPlus is for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute career advice, legal advice, financial advice or professional counselling. If you require advice specific to your circumstances, please consult a suitably qualified professional.

Our paid dashboard provides statistical forecasts, practice tools and personalised readiness scoring. Purchase of a subscription does not guarantee any examination outcome.

Refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Full terms of use are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

9. Communication

We provide exam alerts and updates by WhatsApp, SMS and email to users who have opted in. While we make reasonable efforts to send alerts promptly and accurately, we do not guarantee delivery, timing or accuracy of any alert. You should not rely solely on our alerts for critical deadlines such as application closing dates or admit card releases. Always verify deadlines on the official website of the examination authority.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S G Enterprises and ZyaanPlus shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of this platform or reliance on any information published on it.

By using our website and services, you consent to this Disclaimer and agree to its terms.
