Yes. ZyaanPlus is available only to users aged 18 or above. We collect your date of birth at registration to confirm this.

Payments & Plans
One. Annual Access — a single payment of ₹199 that gives you the SSC CGL Tier-1 dashboard for 365 days. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. ₹199 is an introductory price for our first subscribers.
The complete 2026 SSC CGL Tier-1 forecast — every subject, topic and sub-topic ranked, with expected question counts and confidence levels — plus your personal weak-topic priority list, the Daily 10 challenge, and your readiness score. Access runs for 365 days.
Yes. The notification tracker, exam alerts, eligibility matcher and the free Blueprint are free. On a free account you can also see the forecast headlines — the direction of each topic, without the detailed numbers.
Through Zoho Payments, our payment gateway. UPI, cards and net banking are supported. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

Refund & Cancellation
We currently do not offer refunds. ZyaanPlus is a digital product and the full value — the complete forecast and all paid features — is available to you immediately on payment, for the whole 365 days.

Write to support@zyaanplus.com with your registered number and payment reference. If the problem is on our side, we will fix your access or make it right.
There is nothing to cancel. Annual Access is a single payment with no auto-renewal, so no further amount is ever charged. Your access simply ends after 365 days.
When your 365 days are up, paid access pauses. Your data — attempt history, readiness score, priority list — is not deleted, and comes back if you buy access again.
Using ZyaanPlus
We collect official past examination papers, extract every question, and tag each one by subject, topic and sub-topic. We then weight recent years more heavily than older ones to estimate how much weight each area is likely to carry in the coming exam, and publish that as a range with a confidence level.
No. We run a probability engine, not a prediction service. We can tell you where the marks have been moving, based on what the papers show. We cannot tell you which questions will appear, and we will never claim to.
They tell you how much to trust a call. High means the pattern is strong and steady across recent papers. Medium means it is reasonably clear. Low means the signal is early or volatile — often right after an exam body changes something — and you should treat it as a watch item and prepare on the safer side rather than dropping the topic.
The forecast recomputes as SSC releases each new paper. That is why the dashboard is a live tool and not a downloadable PDF — a PDF goes stale, the dashboard does not.
Ten questions every morning, the same ten for every user that day, timed. It keeps the leaderboard fair and gives you a daily reading on accuracy and speed.
From your accuracy and your speed, weighted by the forecast. Doing well in a topic that carries more weight in 2026 moves your score more than doing well in one that carries less. Speed is measured against the real time budget of the exam paper.

Before you write
- Official exam dates, admit cards and results — we publish what the examination authority announces, but we are not a government body and cannot confirm official dates. For anything time-critical, always check the official website.
- Eligibility rulings — our eligibility matcher is guidance based on the official notification. The official notification is always the final word.
- "Will this question come in the exam?" — we cannot answer that, and we will not pretend to.
