These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and S G Enterprises, operating under the brand name ZyaanPlus ("we", "us", "our"), governing your use of zyaanplus.com and all associated services, including the free content, the free Blueprint, and the paid dashboard.
By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who We Are
ZyaanPlus is an exam intelligence platform for government job aspirants in India. We analyse publicly available past examination papers and publish data-driven study prioritisation, forecasts and practice tools.
ZyaanPlus is a privately owned platform operated by S G Enterprises. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), any recruitment body, or any Government ministry, department or authority.
2. Eligibility — 18 Years and Above
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or purchase a subscription.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We collect your date of birth at registration to verify this. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be terminated and the associated data deleted.
3. What Our Forecast Is — and What It Is Not
This section is important. Please read it carefully.
3.1 We operate a probability engine, not a prediction service
ZyaanPlus analyses past official examination papers and produces statistical forecasts — an estimate of how much weight each topic and sub-topic is likely to carry in a future examination, expressed as a range with a stated confidence level.
This is probability, not prophecy.
3.2 What we do NOT claim
We expressly do not claim, promise, guarantee or imply that:
- Any specific question will appear in any examination;
- Any topic will carry any specific number of marks;
- Our forecast will match the actual examination paper;
- Studying according to our forecast will result in you passing, qualifying, or achieving any particular score or rank;
- Any examination body will follow any past pattern.
3.3 How to treat our forecasts
Our forecasts are study prioritisation guidance. They are intended to help you decide where to allocate your limited preparation time, based on what the past papers show. They are one input into your preparation — not a substitute for studying the full prescribed syllabus.
We publish a confidence level with every forecast. Where our data is strong and consistent, we say so. Where a signal is early, weak or volatile, we label it as such and advise you to prepare on the safer side. You should give weight to these confidence levels when making study decisions.
3.4 Examination bodies can change without notice
Examination authorities may change their syllabus, pattern, question-setting agency, difficulty level or marking scheme at any time and without notice. When this happens, past-paper-based forecasts become less reliable until sufficient new data is available. We update our forecasts as SSC releases new papers, but we cannot anticipate changes before they occur.
3.5 Your decisions are your own
Any decision you take based on information on this platform — including how you allocate study time, which topics you prioritise, and which you deprioritise — is your own decision and your own responsibility. We accept no liability for examination outcomes.
4. Accounts
4.1 Registration. You register using your mobile number, verified by OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your registered number and device.
4.2 Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep it updated. Providing false information (including a false date of birth) may result in termination of your account.
4.3 One account per person. Accounts are personal to you. You may not create multiple accounts to obtain free trials or promotional access repeatedly.
4.4 Account security. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zyaanplus.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
5.1 What you are buying. We offer Annual Access — a one-time payment giving you the SSC CGL Tier-1 dashboard for 365 days from the date of payment. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. Current prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time. A price change never affects access already paid for.
5.1a Other examinations. Annual Access is sold on the basis of the SSC CGL Tier-1 dashboard as it exists on the date you pay. If we complete and verify data for another examination during your access period, we will add it to your dashboard at no extra charge. We do not promise any particular examination by any particular date, and no such addition forms part of what you are purchasing.
5.2 Payment processing. All payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
5.3 No auto-renewal. Annual Access is a single payment. It does not renew automatically and no further amount is charged. Access ends when the 365 days expire unless you choose to purchase again. If we introduce a recurring plan in future, its renewal and cancellation terms will be stated at the point of purchase.
5.4 Access. Paid access is granted immediately upon successful payment and continues for 365 days. Your expiry date is shown on your dashboard.
5.5 Refunds. Our refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: subscription fees are non-refundable, because access delivers the full value of the product immediately upon payment. If you are charged but cannot access the dashboard due to a technical fault on our side, contact support and we will restore your access.
5.6 When access ends. When your 365 days expire, paid access pauses. Your account and saved data — including attempt history, readiness score and saved lists — are not deleted, and are restored if you purchase access again.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense or redistribute any paid content, forecast data, question bank or dashboard output to any person or platform, including messaging groups, social media, Telegram channels or file-sharing services;
- Share your account credentials or allow another person to use your account;
- Use automated means (scrapers, bots, scripts) to extract, copy or download content from the platform;
- Attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with security or access-control features, including subscription checks;
- Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems or breach any security or authentication measures;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, methodology or underlying data of our forecast engine;
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund.
7. Device and Session Limits
To protect against unauthorised sharing, we may limit the number of devices or simultaneous sessions on a single account. If you exceed the permitted limit, you may be logged out of other devices or asked to re-authenticate.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our copyright. Copyright in the following subsists in S G Enterprises automatically under the Copyright Act, 1957:
- the software and source code operating this platform;
- the written content published on it, including our analysis, commentary, rankings and study guidance;
- the topic taxonomy we have created, and the structured database compilation in which examination data is selected, tagged and arranged;
- the design, layout and visual elements of the platform.
Copyright in India arises automatically on creation and does not depend on registration.
8.2 What we do not claim. For clarity:
- We claim copyright in our particular expression — our code, our written content and our database compilation. We do not claim ownership of the underlying statistical ideas, methods or concepts used in forecasting, which are not capable of copyright protection.
- Examination questions and past papers are the intellectual property of the respective examination authorities. We analyse publicly available material for the purpose of statistical study guidance. We do not claim ownership of any examination question or official paper, and we do not republish complete papers.
8.3 Brand name. "ZyaanPlus" and our logo are used by S G Enterprises as unregistered marks in the course of trade. We reserve all rights available to us in respect of these marks under applicable law.
8.4 Your licence. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the paid content for your own examination preparation. It does not transfer ownership of anything, and it ends when your subscription ends.
8.5 No licence by implication. Nothing on the platform should be understood as granting you any licence or right to use our name, logo or content beyond the personal licence described in clause 8.4.
9. Availability of Service
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.
We may modify, add or remove features from time to time as the product develops.
10. No Warranties
The platform and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements, that forecasts will prove accurate, or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of opportunity, loss of examination attempt, examination results, lost profits or lost data, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
In particular, we accept no liability for your examination results or for any decision you take based on our forecasts.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless S G Enterprises, its owners, employees and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment gateways). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
14. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
15. Suspension and Termination
15.1 By you. You may stop using the platform at any time and may request deletion of your account by writing to support@zyaanplus.com.
15.2 By us. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity, or if required by law. Where termination is due to your breach, no refund is payable.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform.
17. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any other breach.
18. Amendments
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
